Clinoble Innovations Private Limited ("Clinoble", "we") operates clinoble.com and the platforms linked from it. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where our clients are in the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Who is responsible

Clinoble Innovations Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is the data fiduciary/controller for data collected via this website. Contact: the contact form on clinoble.com.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics profiling cookies, or third-party trackers.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent when submitting the form, and thereafter the performance of, or steps towards, a contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Processors and transfers

Form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery processor, which relays the message to our company inbox. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Company email is routed via Spaceship forwarding. These providers may process data outside India; where EU personal data is involved, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a contractual or statutory obligation requires longer. Server logs are retained per our host's default schedule.

Clinical and health data

This website does not collect health data. Our screening platforms and applications are separate products, each governed by its own in-product notice and consent flow. Where Clinoble acts as a service provider on client regulatory projects, any client or patient data is processed strictly under the written agreement with that client, on their instructions, and is not stored on this website.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate a representative to exercise your rights. Write to the contact form on clinoble.com and we will respond within the statutory period. If you are unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU/EEA, your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission is completely secure; please do not send confidential clinical or patient-identifiable information through the website form.

Changes

We will update this notice as our services evolve and will change the date above when we do.
